Supporters of Donald Trump are getting just as abusive and decisive as the president himself. They are spewing their hatred and even physical violence as if they are certain there will be no punishment for their actions.
The latest incident happened last night at a professional baseball game when supporters of Trump hurled racial slurs and even throw peanuts at Baltimore Orioles player, Adam Jones. The incident took place at Fenway Park as the Orioles defeated the Boston Red sox 5-2.
“I was called the N-word a handful of times tonight. Thanks. Pretty awesome,” said Adam Jones.
Jones said that he has been on the receiving end of racism in Fenway Park from back when Trump was on the campaign trail and it has continued after the bigoted real estate agent won the presidency.
“A disrespectful fan threw a bag of peanuts at me,” Jones added.
The fan who threw the peanuts was ejected from the ballpark but there was no punishment for the hundreds who were hurling racist insults at Black players.
Jones stated that one fan being ejected for the entire incident is hardly any punishment at all.
“What they need to do is that instead of kicking them out of the stadium, they need to fine them 10 grand, 20 grand, 30 grand,” he said. “That’s how you hurt somebody. You suspend them from the stadium, what does that mean? It’s a slap on the wrist.”
Donald Trump supporters have gotten away with very violent behavior, even when they are caught on camera punching, kicking and spitting. Unless the rest of America start standing up to Trump and his racist supporters things will only continue to get worse.
